Lady Lions down Ohio State to advance to Big Ten semifinals

The No. 8/8 Penn State Lady Lions (25-4, 14-2 Big Ten) shot 62.5 percent in the second half en route to a 76-66 win over ninth-seeded Ohio State (18-13, 7-9) in the Big Ten Tournament quarterfinals Friday night. The Lady Lions advance to face the winner of the Michigan State-Michigan game at approximately 7:15 p.m. (ET) Saturday in the semifinals.
