Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

On Monday, state police conducted a traffic stop and made contact with Bruno Michael Caporusso, 36, of Philipsburg, who had a bench warrant against him out of Monroe County, NY for larceny. He was taken into custody and housed in the Centre County Prison, where he awaits extradition.
