PSP Investigating $10K Water Loss in Theft/Criminal Mischief Incident

GULICH TOWNSHIP – The Clearfield-based state police have initiated an investigation into a theft of services/criminal mischief incident that occurred sometime between 7 a.m. Jan. 1 and 11 p.m. Feb. 1 in Gulich Township.

Someone turned on a water line and approximately 500,000 gallons of water came through the line from the Houtzdale Municipal Authority. The total value of the water loss is approximately $10,000, state police said.
