Penn State and Syracuse to open 2013 season at MetLife Stadium

A college football rivalry that dates to 1922 will resume on Aug. 31 when Penn State and Syracuse clash at the MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J. The New York’s College Classic will be the season opener for both teams. Penn State will distribute ticket purchase details for the Syracuse game to Nittany Lion Club members and 2013 season ticket holders in the spring.
