Police Report: Ridgway PSP

- An incident of theft occurred sometime between 11 p.m. Saturday and 10 p.m. Sunday at Metaldyne in Ridgway Township. A person(s) entered Metaldyne and removed eight, large pieces of brass scrap.
- State police are continuing their investigation into a hit-and-run accident that occurred at 1:40 a.m. Sunday in the parking lot of the Valley Farm Market in Jay Township. A Chevrolet or GMC extended cab pick-up truck was involved in the hit-and-run, according to surveillance footage. The truck is dark-colored and will have damage to its right, front headlight area and possibly the passenger’s side door. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Ridgway-based state police at 814-776-6136.
