Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

- An incident of receiving stolen property occurred at 5:47 p.m. Saturday on U.S. Route 322 at Enterprise Drive in Rush Township. During routine patrol, state police discovered a 1990 Cadillac Deville had been reported stolen by the Clearfield Borough Police Department. State police initiated a traffic stop and Michelle Laird, 49, was taken into custody and charged with receiving stolen property and several traffic violations. She was arraigned with her bail being set at $5,000. Laird was incarcerated at the Centre County Correctional Facility after failing to post bail.
- An incident of disorderly conduct/harassment occurred at 6:30 p.m. Saturday on East Pine Street in Philipsburg Borough. A known individual allegedly called a 51-year-old Philipsburg woman several vulgar names. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
