Will Sheehey leads top-ranked Indiana in blasting Purdue

Bloomington, IN, United States (4E Sports) – Will Sheehey scored a career-high 22 points and set a school record for shooting 9 for 9 from the field in leading Indiana over Purdue, 83-55.
He got more playing time after Victor Oladipo sprained his left ankle in the first half.
Indiana (23-3, 11-2 Big Ten) also got 19 points and nine rebounds from Cody Zeller, 14 points from Christian Watford and 11 points and five assists from Jordan Hull.
Starting with a 14-5 lead, Indiana made it 21-8 less than nine minutes into the game and led 33-14 with 7:06 left in the first half.
Purdue rallied to within 41-29 at halftime, before Indiana opened the second half on a 12-4 run. The Hoosiers sealed it with a 19-4 run with 3:40 to go, making it 82-48.
Indiana ended with eight 3-pointers and a 56 percent shooting from the field, while forcing 17 turnovers and limiting Purdue to 38-percent shooting.
They have won four straight over the Boilermakers (12-14, 5-8), all by double digits, and became the first Indiana team to beat Purdue twice in the same season by 20 or more points.
Purdue was led by Terone Johnson and Anthony Johnson, who each had 11.
