- An incident of theft/fraud occurred at 1:15 a.m. Feb. 8 in Brockport, Horton Township. Someone made a fraudulent purchase with a Brockport woman’s debit account. The investigation is ongoing.
- An incident of retail theft occurred at 5:45 p.m. Wednesday at the Wal-Mart store in Fox Township. A 22-year-old Ridgway man allegedly concealed two DVDs in his pants and attempted to walk out of the store. He was cited for retail theft through the district court.
