Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

An incident of harassment occurred at 10:40 a.m. Monday at a West Presqueisle Street residence in Philipsburg Borough. A man and woman engaged in a verbal argument that turned physical when he allegedly pushed her onto the couch. The man was issued a non-traffic citation for summary harassment.
