WJAC-TV: Reynoldsville Man Dies after Injuries Suffered in Jefferson Co. Industrial Accident

JEFFERSON COUNTY – The Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the death of a Reynoldsville man after an industrial accident in Jefferson County.
Brian Jason Gardner, 33, died Tuesday as a result of injuries he suffered at Brookville Wood Products in Pine Creek Township. Troopers at the Punxsutawney barracks said the accident occurred around 12:40 a.m.
Garner was transported to Brookville Hospital by Jefferson County EMS for treatment and died at 2:43 a.m.
