State Police Investigating Suspects for Furnishing Drug-free Urine

PHILIPSBURG – The Philipsburg-based state police are continuing their investigation into an incident during which two known suspects provided urine of another person for a urinalysis to a government official on Aug. 26, 2012 in Philipsburg Borough.
State police believe that the first suspect provided urine from her teen-aged child to the Centre County Children, Youth and Family Services for a urinalysis test. They believe that the second suspect assisted her in the incident.
