Police Report: Ridgway PSP

An incident of DUI/underage drinking occurred at 2:41 a.m. Sunday on state Route 948 in Fox Township. An 18-year-old Ridgway man was observed operating a vehicle, and while speaking with him, state police detected a faint odor of an alcoholic beverage. He was subsequently arrested for DUI and other summary charges through the district court. During the same incident, an 18-year-old Coalport man was found to be drinking and subsequently arrested for underage drinking with charges being filed through the district court.
