Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

An incident of harassment occurred Monday at a Brick Street residence in Port Matilda Borough. A 23-year-old woman and a 29-year-old man, both of Port Matilda, allegedly engaged in an argument and slapped each other. Harassment charges have been filed against both through the district court.
