‘Teen Mom 2′ star Kailyn Lowry diagnosed with bipolar disorder
Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E) – ‘Teen Mom 2′ star Kailyn Lowry has been recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder.
In an interview with Starcasm Wednesday, the young mother revealed, “My mom is bipolar and it turns out I am too.” Lowry’s diagnosis came out during her counseling sessions after her fight with husband Javi Marroquin. She will start taking medications soon.
Meanwhile, following an argument-gone-bad (the incident was not told in detail as it is said to be featured in the reality show’s fourth season) with Marroquin and his family, Lowry said she has been forgiven.
The 20-year-old mom said, “I just want to publicly apologize in advance to my fans, and even though Javi and I have moved on from it, I want to say I’m sorry again to him and his family for letting my emotions get the best of me. I know how humiliating that is for them and I’m humiliated myself.”
Lowry has a three-year-old son, Isaac, with former boyfriend Jo Rivera, who also appeared early on in the show.
