No signing, yet: Beckham training with Arsenal just to keep fit

London, EN, United Kingdom (4E Sports) – Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has ruled out signing David Beckham who is training with his team.
Wenger said the former Manchester United midfielder merely asked if he could train with Arsenal to keep fit.
Beckham, 37, has not played since the beginning of December when he helped the LA Galaxy retain the MLS Cup with a 3-1 win over Houston Dynamo.
He is a free agent after leaving LA Galaxy last month and has has since moved to London, leading to speculation that he could return to the Premier League. But Wenger says it won’t be with Arsenal.
“There’s no speculation about signing or anything,” Wenger noted.
Beckham has been linked with West Ham and QPR as well as Paris Saint-Germain but insisted after the match that he had “no idea” where he would be playing next.
