Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E) – Now one can live like a tennis titan as tennis champ Serena Williams has put her Los Angeles condo for a cool $1.85 million.
The luxury property, which was acquired by Williams in 2002 for 1.27 million, sits on the 15th floor of a high rise building along Wilshire Boulevard.
The 2,403 square-foot space boasts of two bedrooms, walk in closets, three and a half plush bathrooms, living/dining room with hardwood floors, a gas fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city scape and nearby mountains.
The home owners’ association dues, which amount to $2,894.25, entitles the tenant to doorman and concierge services, valet parking, access to gym, swimming pool and spa, wine storage space, library, and a residents-only recreation room, among others.
Meanwhile, Serena Williams also owns an 11,000 square-foot mansion in Palm Beach Gardens in Florida, which she shares with her sister Venus, and a mini-estate in the Stone Canyon in Bel Air, that she bought in 2006 for $6.6 million.
