Police Report: Clearfield PSP

No injuries were reported after a three-vehicle accident at 7:53 a.m. Friday on the Philipsburg – Bigler Highway in Decatur Township. Vehicles operated by Rosemary N. Larson, 44, of Curwensville and Jamie R. Rudy, 35, of Clearfield were stopped in traffic due to another vehicle that was turning in front of them. However, Pierre F. Dimbokowitz, 55, of Pittsburgh failed to observe this and rear-ended the Larson vehicle. The Larson vehicle subsequently rear-ended the Rudy vehicle. All occupants were wearing their seatbelts. The Larson vehicle sustained severe damage; the Dimbokowitz vehicle sustained moderate damage; and the Rudy vehicle sustained minor damage. Dimbokowitz was cited for not operating his vehicle at a safe speed.
