Long Island, NY, United States (4E) – Bill Leen, bassist of popular 90s band Gin Blossoms, collapsed on stage during their concert at The Paramount over the weekend.

As the band was performing ‘Hey Jealousy,’ one of their popular hits, Leen, 50, took unsteady steps backwards before falling to the floor and passed out.

A member of the stage crew immediately rushed to Leen’s side to assist.

Leen is reported to have refused medical care. A representative of the band said that his collapse was due to ‘exhaustion from the road.’

Meanwhile, Leen seemed to be okay as the next day, he joined the band for a performance in Asbury Park in New Jersey.
