Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

- An incident of criminal trespass occurred at 4:30 p.m. Thursday at a South Centre Street residence in Philipsburg Borough. State police said charges were filed against a 37-year-old State College man after he was observed at a 49-year-old Philipsburg woman’s residence. She had told him that he wasn’t permitted there.
- An incident of DUI occurred at 2:19 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Presqueisle and Front streets in Philipsburg Borough. A Hawk Run man was stopped for a minor traffic violation and was subsequently arrested for DUI.
