Man Charged after Gun Incident in Boggs Township

BOGGS TOWNSHIP – A 28-year-old West Decatur man, Kris Foster, is facing simple assault charges after a gun incident at 8:32 p.m. Sunday at Link Road residence in Boggs Township, reported the Clearfield-based state police.
Foster allegedly threatened a 44-year-old West Decatur woman with a gun. Charges were filed through the district court. Foster was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Richard Ireland and lodged in the Clearfield County Jail in lieu of $35,000 bail.
