New York City, NY, United States (4E Sports) – Carmelo Anthony sought further confrontation with Kevin Garnett after his New York Knicks lost to the Boston Celtics’ 102-96 Monday.

The Knicks forward was still hot after getting into a confrontation with Celtics’ Garnett in the fourth quarter of the game that resulted in a double technical.

After the game, Anthony angrily walked out of the visiting teams’ exit tunnel instead of of the Knicks’ tunnel.

Tyson Chandler tried to stop Anthony, but he blew by the Knicks center. Anthony then approached the Celtics’ locker room and was screaming, athough it was unclear if his ire was directed at Garnett.

Anthony then proceeded to wait outside of the Celtics’ team bus as Knicks coach Mike Woodson tried to calm him down. He was later able to approach Garnett as Madison Square Garden security security and the police intervened.

The two stars did not come to blows, according to a police source.

The incident could result in a suspension and/or fine for Anthony and Garnett.
