Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

An incident of DUI occurred 12:01 a.m. Saturday along Centre Street near Railroad Street in Philipsburg Borough. A 26-year-old Morrisdale man was allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. The man showed signs of impairment and admitted to consuming a controlled substance. He was transported to the Mount Nittany Medical Center for a blood test. The investigation is pending blood test results.
