No injuries were reported following a single-vehicle accident at 11:30 p.m. Monday on Rattlesnake Road in Snyder Township. Brian L. Schaffer, 41, of Luthersburg was traveling eastbound and negotiating a left-hand curve. His vehicle traveled off the south berm, and its rear, passenger’s side struck a tree. Schaffer was wearing his seatbelt.
