Albuquerque, NM, United States (4E) – A man has been found dead in front of a vacant restaurant in Albuquerque, New Mexico on Christmas morning.

Police arrived at the scene located at the East Downtown neighborhood just west of Nob Hill Tuesday morning and discovered the man, who appeared to have been recently released from the hospital, because he was still wearing a hospital bracelet.

Two witnesses claimed the man is a homeless person who often sleeps outside the vacant establishment.

Investigators told News 13 that an autopsy is being performed by medical examiners to determine the cause of death.
