Denver, CO, United States (4E Sports) – Peyton Manning completed 30 of 43 passes for 339 yards with three TDs and one interception as the Denver Broncos (12-3) blasted the Cleveland Browns (5-10), 34-12, Sunday at Sports Authority Field at Mile High.
The Broncos extended their winning streak to 10 games and improved their record to an AFC best 12-3, thanks to another stellar performance from their quarterback. Manning registered at least three TDs in a game for the 72nd time of his career.
Denver took a 14-3 halftime lead behind two TDs from Manning while the Broncos defense took the spotlight in the second half, smothering the Browns offense to just a single TD.
Browns starting quarterback Brandon Weeden had his night shortened after getting sacked by Defensive Player of the Year candidate Von Miller.
Colt McCoy took the signal-calling role for the Browns and gave his team its only TD after hooking up with Greg Little for 6-yard TD play at 7:56 mark of the fourth.
Unfortunately for the Browns, the Broncos were rolling all night as Jacob Hester delivered a one-yard run and Matt Prater converted two more field goals to book another lopsided win for the AFC West champ.
