Police Report: Ridgway PSP

  • An incident of criminal mischief occurred sometime between 12 p.m. Dec. 15 and 8 a.m. Monday on Wood Duck Drive in Ridgway Township. Someone damaged a 57-year-old Ridgway man’s pine trees by pushing them over and breaking the trunk of the tree.
  • An incident of theft from a motor vehicle occurred sometime between 4 p.m. Monday and 11 a.m. Thursday on Kennedy Street in Jay Township. Someone removed a 56-year-old Byrnesdale man’s GPS from his vehicle.
  • No injuries were reported following a two-vehicle accident at 1 p.m. Wednesday on the Bennetts Valley Highway in Jay Township. A vehicle operated by Justin M. Kassab, 31, of Woodland was attempting to turn onto Garfield Street when James D. Moorhouse, 27, of DuBois rear-ended his vehicle. Both Kassab and Moorhouse were wearing their seatbelts.
