Guess model Anna Nicole Smith’s mansion to be sold for $1.3 million
Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E) – Late Guess? model Anna Nicole Smith’s Studio City mansion is to be sold for $1.3 million.
According to E! News, the stunning Mediterranean-style house is to be sold to Rouzbeh Zoka, who wants to buy the place because he admires it, not because of celebrity-related reasons.
The mansion features five bedrooms and six bathrooms, a living room with fireplaces, chandeliers, fitness center, kitchen with granite countertops, a formal dining room and a swimming pool.
The 4,700 square-foot estate was originally priced at $1.7 million when it was put up for sale in August. Estate executor Howard K. Stern is now seeking court approval of the property’s sale. A hearing is scheduled for January 15.
The proceeds of the sale are said to go back to the former Playboy model’s estate.
Anna Nicole Smith passed away from a drug overdose at 39 years old in 2007. She has a six-year-old daughter Dannielynn, who has also recently entered the modeling world as the new face of Guess? Kids.
