County to Finalize Sale of Multi-Service Center on Thursday

CLEARFIELD – A sales agreement is expected to be finalized at 10 a.m. Thursday for the sale of the Multi-Service Center to Jeffrey Long of Graystone Court Clearfield LLC, Solicitor Kim Kesner announced at Tuesday’s commissioner’s meeting.
According to the sales agreement, the Multi-Service Center will be sold to Long for $350,000. Long has already paid a $25,000 deposit. He will pay another $25,000 deposit at the closing. Long will pay the remainder in 10 annual payments of $38,851.
On Dec. 4, the commissioners previously authorized Chairman John A. Sobel to finalize the sales agreement when the sale occurs.
