Police Report: DuBois PSP

Two people were transported to the DuBois Regional Medical Center with injuries of unknown severity after a single-vehicle accident at 6:20 a.m. Sunday on the Luthersburg – Rockton Road in Brady Township.  Dylan P. Fremer, 21, of DuBois was traveling eastbound in the area of Golden Yoke Road. He negotiated a left-hand curve in the roadway and lost control. His vehicle traveled off the south berm and struck a utility pole before overturning and coming to an uncontrolled, final rest. Fremer and his passenger, James R. Lee, 26, of DuBois were wearing their seatbelts. Fremer was cited for roadways laned for traffic. State police were assisted by the Brady Township Volunteer Fire Department and Brady Township and DuBois emergency medical services.
