State Police: High-powered Rifle used to Damage Bulldozer

GIRARD TOWNSHIP – The Clearfield-based state police are investigating an incident of criminal mischief that occurred at RES Coal LLC sometime between 4 p.m. Dec. 7 and 6:30 a.m. Monday in Girard Township.
Someone used a high-powered rifle and shot the hydraulic tank on an RES Coal LLC 2011, D-11T bulldozer. Damage is estimated at $10,000.
