Two arrested, two hurt in Texas nightclub shooting

Dallas, TX, United States (4E) – Two men have been arrested Friday in Dallas, Texas after they opened fire at one nightclub, leading police on a pursuit and slamming their car into another nightclub.

Authorities said police responded after hearing gunshots around 3:30 a.m. coming from a nightclub’s parking lot along Northwest Highway, near Harry Hines Boulevard.

The officers found two gunshot victims, one sustained injury to his head and the other was hit in the arm. They were rushed to the hospital in critical condition.

Police managed to quickly identify and locate two male suspects who were driving a silver Jaguar.

The vehicle sped off and police gave chase until the suspects crashed their car in Spice nightclub located a few blocks from the scene, at the intersection of Spangler Road and Manana Drive.

Officials added that items thrown by the suspects from the vehicle as they fled have been recovered and will be used as evidence.

Both suspects, who were not hurt, have been taken into custody.

Police believe the shooting was caused by an argument.
