Michigan man killed after wrong-way crash identified

Detroit, MI, United States (4E) – Police have revealed the identity of the 27-year-old victim in a fatal wrong-way accident that happened in Detroit, Michigan early Thursday morning.
Police said David Arcand from Dearborn Heights died in the two-vehicle crash on Interstate 96.
Arcand was driving along the westbound lane when a driver traveling east slammed into his vehicle.
The other driver, a 32-year-old man from Detroit, was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
Police believe alcohol was a factor in the accident.
Investigation in the cause of the crash continues.
