Pennsylvania man wanted in assault of pregnant woman

New Castle, PA, United States (4E) – Police are seeking the public’s help to locate a 27-year-old man who allegedly beat a pregnant woman in Lawrence County, Pennsylvania last week.

According to police, Joshua Lee Perrine attacked his pregnant girlfriend, who was punched, pushed against a wall and choked, in a residence located along W. Long Ave, New Castle last Wednesday.

She was rushed by ambulance to the Ellwood City Hospital.

The victim informed police that she is five months pregnant.

Perrine has been charged with two counts each of simple assault and harassment and one count of criminal mischief.

Police has issued a warrant for his arrest. Anyone with information on Perrine’s whereabouts is urged to call police.
