Gun found in locker at Virginia secondary school

Fairfax, VA, United States (4E) – The Robinson Secondary School officials in Fairfax, Virginia have confiscated a gun discovered in a student’s locker Wednesday.

According to reports, school administrators took the weapon and informed police about the incident.

In an e-mail to the parents, Principal Dan Meier said possible suspects have been identified and questioned. The school added that appropriate disciplinary action will be taken.

Administrators revealed no details but Junior Danny Herrera told ABC7 that he heard it was the student’s own friend who alerted school officials.

Police are investigating.
