Suspect arrested after body found in freezer inside Indiana home

Kokomo, IN, United States (4E) – Police discovered a body inside a freezer of a house in Kokomo, Indiana Sunday after receiving a call from a mother who reported her son missing since early November.

According to authorities, Rebecca Wolf informed police Saturday that her 29-year-old son, Alex Shipp, has not contacted her since she last heard from him November 8.

Last Sunday, after receiving a tip that Shipp was last seen at a residence along East Elm Street and may be deceased, investigators visited the house and discovered a body in a freezer located in the basement.

Police has arrested 51-year-old Walter Logan. An autopsy is set for Monday to determine the identity of the deceased.
