Police Report: DuBois PSP

• An incident of DUI/Act 64 occurred Nov. 24 at the intersection of state Route 255 and Diamond Street in Huston Township. A DuBois man was stopped for a traffic violation and subsequently discovered to be under the influence of marijuana. He was also found to be in possession of a pipe with burnt marijuana in it. He was arrested for DUI, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• An incident criminal trespass occurred Nov. 28 at property along Ridge Road in Washington Township. Two Brookville men were hunting on privately posted property without permission from the property owner. Charges were filed against the men.
