Memphis, TN, United States (4E Sports) – Zach Randolph racked up 17 points and 13 rebounds and Marreese Speights recorded 18 points and 12 rebounds as the Memphis Grizzlies improved their record to 11-2 with a 103-82 victory over the Toronto Raptors Wednesday at FedExForum.
The Grizz continued to post big victories behind their impregnable defense and solid production from their bench.
Memphis led by one point, 48-47, at the break but played great defense in the second half to turn a close game into a blowout win.
Five Grizz players scored in double figures but another excellent effort by Speights was the determining factor. The Grizzlies also shot 47.5 percent from the floor and smothered the Raptors to 39.2 percent shooting from the field.
DeMar DeRozan posted 16 markers for the Raptors, who dropped their sixth straight game and fell to 3-13 overall.
