Woman killed in Maryland hit-and-run, driver at-large

Odenton, MD, United States (4E) – Police are seeking the public’s help in finding the driver of a vehicle who fled after a hit-and-run accident that killed a 27-year-old woman Sunday night in Odenton, Maryland.

Anne Arundel County Police said Tori Danielle Stitely died after heading out of a parking lot and veering her Lexus direct into a Chevrolet Silverado along Annapolis Road at 8:18 p.m.

According to officials, the two vehicles crashed and the driver of the Chevrolet, a white female with brown hair wearing a pink tank top and jeans, escaped on foot.

Medical workers brought Stitely to the shock trauma in Baltimore where she later succumbed to her injuries.

Preliminary investigation determined that Stitely caused the collision when she failed to yield the right of way.

The Chevrolet driver is being sought by police and investigation continues.
