State Police Conduct DUI Checkpoint

The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop C, conducted a DUI checkpoint from 11 p.m. – 3 a.m. Friday in Jefferson and Clearfield counties.
State troopers reported three DUI arrests, 15 traffic citations and 12 warnings. They also arrested a man who had warrants out of Elk County.
