Teenage boy robbed at Maryland mall after Black Friday shopping trip

Anne Arundel County, MD, United States (4E) – Around five men took a 14-year-old boy’s shopping bag early Friday morning after his visit at Arundel Mills mall in Anne Arundel County, Maryland.

Police reported that the boy just left the Bed Bath and Beyond store around 2:19 a.m. when a group of black males approached him in the parking lot.

One suspect punched the victim while another stole his bag before they all fled in the direction of the mall’s Bass Pro Shops entrance.

According to the boy’s description, the black men appeared to be between 17 to 21-year-old, wearing black North Face jackets and jeans.

Police failed to find the suspects after searching the area.

The boy, whose parents were informed about the incident, refused to be treated for his injury.

Arundel Mills welcomed shoppers at midnight Friday.
