D.C. police seek person of interest in two armed robberies
Washington, DC, United States (4E) – Authorities are searching for a person of interest linked to two armed robberies that occurred in northwest Washington, D.C. last month.
A photo of one of the suspects has been released to the public for the mugging incidents that happened October 20 and 21, said police.
Officials said three suspects, two of which were brandishing guns, robbed four victims on October 20 before 5 a.m. along T Street.
Another robbery took place on October 21, three suspects attacked four people in 2nd Street. One suspect with a shotgun told the mugging victims to stay down before they took off with the stolen items.
The three suspects were wearing dark clothing and were armed with shotguns, revealed police. The robbers were driving a 2006-2008 Nissan Altima or Maxima with tinted windows and a DC tag that begins with a D.
