Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

- An incident of DUI occurred at 12:15 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of state Route 350 and Rick Street in Rush Township. A 36-year-old man was found to be under the influence of drugs following a traffic stop. He will be charged with DUI, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. These charges will be filed through the district court.
- An Act 64 violation occurred at approximately 3:30 p.m. Saturday at Grattan’s Pharmacy on North Front Street in Philipsburg Borough. A known person attempted to have a copy of a medical prescription filled. The investigation is continuing at this time.
