DUBOIS – Penn State DuBois students and the Office of Student Life are conducting the Project Hurricane Sandy Donation Drive now through Nov. 30.  Everyone in the surrounding community and on campus is encouraged to donate items that victims of the disaster are in need of.  The most needed items include:

  • Water
  • Non-perishable food
  • Can openers
  • Cleaning supplies and tools, including work gloves, shovels, garbage bags, rakes.
  • Hygiene and toiletry items such as shampoo, soap, toothbrushes, towels, hand sanitizer, baby wipes, diapers.
  • Unopened packages of underwear and socks – Note: no other clothing can be accepted.

Drop off boxes are located in the campus library, and in the student union, both in the Hiller Building.  Boxes will remain in place through Nov. 30.
