The Clearfield Revitalization Corp., (CRC) receives a founding contribution of $10,000 from CNB Bank for the year 2012.

Presenting the $10,000 contribution is Joseph Bower, CNB Bank president and chief executive officer. Receiving the contribution is Kellie Truman-Swales, CRC Main Street Manager.

CNB Bank is a founding contributor of the CRC, which is vital to the sustainability of the Main Street Program.

According to Truman-Swales, the CRC is humbled by CNB Bank’s support and loyalty to the Clearfield’s Main Street Program. She said their contribution has allowed the CRC to organize and administer many successful projects and events in downtown Clearfield, such as the Fall Festival, Pumpkin 5K Run and the Taste of the Town Tour.

“We are also thankful that CNB Bank kept the community at heart with their new expansion project, which will complement the downtowns aesthetics and our facade guidelines. We are deeply appreciative that CNB Bank supports the CRC and believes in the betterment of our community, Clearfield,” said Truman-Swales.

Bower added: “You can really appreciate the work the CRC has done when you walk through our downtown. Clearfield is one of those great little towns, where the center of town is still the most vital area.  Much credit goes to the local business owners and to the CRC.”
