Clearfield Woman Sustains Moderate Injuries in Single-vehicle Accident

CLEARFIELD – A 44-year-old Clearfield woman, Tina M. Mortimer, sustained moderate injuries after a single-vehicle accident at 4 a.m. Friday on Locust Street in Beccaria Township, according to the Clearfield-based state police.
Mortimer was traveling eastbound when for unknown reasons her vehicle left the right berm of the roadway. There, it struck a utility pole.
Mortimer was transported to the Altoona Hospital for moderate injuries. Her vehicle was removed from the accident scene.
The investigation is continuing at this time.
