Indianapolis, IN, United States (4E) – Police are asking Wednesday for the public’s help in finding a 24-year-old Iraq war veteran from Indiana who has been diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome and may be a threat to himself.

The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department said Randy Darling Jr. was last seen Sunday at a liquor store located in West Morris Street, Indianapolis.

It was reported that Darling, who is known to take a stroll around the canal when worried, abruptly resigned from his job that same day.

According to officials, the missing person has suicidal tendencies and may be under the influence of alcohol and prescription narcotics.

Darling, who was honorably discharged from the Army, is 5’11″ tall and weighs 160 lbs. He has brown hair and hazel eyes.

Anyone with information is urged to call police at (317) 327-6160.
