State Police Investigating Camper Burglary

PENN TOWNSHIP – A small camper was burglarized at 7 p.m. Saturday on Williams Road in Penn Township, according to the Clearfield-based state police.
Someone entered a 54-year-old Morrisdale man’s camper and removed an old, single-action .22-caliber revolver. The revolver was described with black plastic grips with spots of white paint. In addition, the suspect removed approximately 500 rounds of .22-caliber Blazer ammunition.
The investigation is continuing at this time. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Clearfield-based state police at 814-857-3800.
