Police Report: Clearfield Borough

- A neighbor dispute occurred on South Fifth Street during which a 48-year-old Clearfield woman was allegedly causing a disturbance by throwing items in her apartment and yelling at 4 a.m. She was given a verbal warning for disorderly conduct.
- Police stopped a motorist who was allegedly driving in a careless manner on Bigler Avenue. He was cited for driving under suspension.
- Police arrested a 28-year-old Clearfield man for driving under the influence of controlled substances. The man was stopped for several traffic violations and failed a field sobriety test.
