Lake Placid, NY, United States (4E Sports) – Lolo Jones is better known as a hurdler and still wants to compete at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.

She may become better known for a trip to the 2014 Winter Games in Sochi instead.

Jones was one of 24 athletes named to the U.S. bobsled team Thursday. The team was announced in Lake Placid, N.Y., home of the U.S. Bobsled and Skeleton Federation.

Jones, a two-time Olympic hurdler, was one of six women’s push athletes selected tot he team. Olympic gold medal winning sprinter Tianna Madison also made the cut.

Making the team this year means Jones and Madison both have a good shot at earning a spot on the team that will go to the Winter Olympics.
