WJAC-TV: Former DuBois Teacher Accused of having Sex with Minor Heading to Trial

DUBOIS – A former DuBois teacher, Michael Sedor, who allegedly had a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old girl, will go to trial next year.
In August, he was charged with 10 counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and 20 counts each of statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault. According to a criminal complaint, Sedor admitted to the acts.
On Tuesday afternoon, he waived his preliminary hearing at a Jefferson County district magistrate’s office. There wasn’t any request for bail reduction.
Sedor’s bail remains at $350,000. He’s incarcerated at the Jefferson County Jail.
